What do you guys think? Personally I think the XR2 with Rapid Fire is a fucking laser. 3-0 in singles so far but I've been seeing a lot of M8s.

M8 to me holds value because it's the last gun to unlock
XR2 is better in most ways

Iron sights better
Firing rate - The 3 shots are slower and more damaging than the m8. M8 loses control easier because the 3shots are fast and you lose control through continuous bursts. Slower 3 shot also makes it easier to land all 3 shots on target if you or/and target is moving
Xr2 covers less screen space than the M8
Xr2 is also unlocked earlier than m8 which in turn gives you way more time to practice with it

Only thing M8 has over the xr2 to me is range
M8 is more accurate at longer ranges


What system do you play on?

Idc about unlock level cause I play GB only. Played a few pubs when I first got the game and went 31-5 on my first game -.-

Personally I think the M8 is just better at longer ranges and gets trumped by the XR2 in everything else. I also like the recoil pattern.

I'm on XB1

e: I really only get on HS and HOTS to do quests now. Been focusing more on CS and keeping my Rank 1 spot

Seems like everyone on GB uses the M8. I use both, but I haven't seen a single person besides me using the XR yet.

M8 + Pistol of fucking death. At least 50% of the people I've played are using that combo. Just been doing doubles search and my buddy went 9-1 without ever getting a kill with his fucking M8 lol.

That's what I've noticed too. M8 for range, secondary for close..

You still play xbox or did you switch to ps?

Unfortunately on the PS now. Buddy who bought me my Ps4 wanted to play on there, didn't really have an option lol.

I haven't had much time for gaming, but I haven't done terrible in GB so far. We just started last night. Just doing SnD variant for now, I don't even wanna fuck with respawn without knowing HP rotations etc... some more. I think we're 5-3, but 2 of those loses were to undefeated teams, so I'm really alright with that lol.

On a burst weapon the only thing i need is range/accuracy. No matter what damage is on the weapon you will always 1-2 burst your enemy.

only ever really picked up either of the guns in pubs to use

m8 seemed to work a lot better
