I've been playing CoD for a long time and have been a good player in past versions of the game (didn't play ghosts). I'm currently playing on Xbone.

That said, I am absolutely losing my mind trying to play this game...

In 9/10 of the lobbies I'm in, I die to people as soon as they appear on my screen. When I watch their killcams, it looks like I'm a thumbless moron running around, staring them down for a full second or two before deciding to pull the trigger.

I've read that sledge/activision promised us dedicated servers for this game, but it's still completely p2p. Apparently this was an issue with Ghosts as well...I'm infuriated.

Is there anything being done about this, or anything we can do?
