Noper. That is a fault of your aim, unfortunately. Getting panic-knifed is another story. Meeting someone at a doorway/corner and getting insta-knifed is something good accuracy won't help.

I think I'm just too used to bo2 where knifing really was a last resort. Now if you're relatively close at all it seems better off to either go for the knife or backpedal and shoot because close range shooting is just f*cked. I don't know exactly what the technical difference is between bo2 and this game but before I would always get kills for going with the gun instead of the knife and now it seems the complete reverse.
