it is i guess.. but sledgehammer isnt making the 360/ps3 version

It's multi-platform, but Sledgehammer is focusing majority of their efforts on Next-Gen.
They will give a shell of the game to High Moon, and from there HM will have to re-code it to be functional for the other consoles. (PS3/Xbox 360)
I believe Titanfall did something like this between Xbox One and Xbox 360. Which did cause it to have a delayed launch date for the Xbox 360.
We may see a 2-3 week wait after the "Launch" of the game for Xbox 360 and PS3 to get their hands on the game.

And the difference between the gameplay of 360 and One for Titanfall was miniscule.

It shouldn't be too big of a difference, of course mostly downgrade graphics.

Don't use titanfall as an example, that was like the first big release for XB1
