did it really become that much better than the mtar that they banned it wot

They banned it when they buffed it because it had literally one of the fastest fire rates in the game... and was able to kill at 2 bullets from just about 3/4's of any maps range.

Long story short, could outgun mtar and Remington.

I wonder if they will unban with this nerf that just happened

Already is.
They stated when it was temp banned
( Will be removed from banned list when Activision releases a patch to re balance the weapon )

How did they nerf it?

Did they just un-do the last SMG buff?

Haven't really looking into but I'd assume so.

3 shot kill range from 17meters to 13 meters

Buffed the time it takes to shoot from running from .30 secs to .23

And one other nerf I forget atm
