I have Ghosts on 360 along with Season Pass. How do I get it on XB1?

Been reading around and can't find a good guide on how to do it..

Apparently you had to purchase ghosts at game stop. Go in with your copy and do the upgrade

cant do it anymore. Was like the first 30 days after release

Really? Well that's pretty lame.

You have the xone Ahead, is it worth getting Ghosts for next gen? Or should I just wait for the next installment?

game palys 1000x better on the xbox one imo

Blah, I'll probably have to shell out some more cash for it. Hopefully I can get it on sale for like $40 or something.

Xbox one plays better but WAY more people on 360.
