Really just depends, in my opinion it is not worth it.
Because I find myself pre-aiming around most corners or high traffic areas.

Well its a great perk, but there is so many good useful perk in ghost... Perk that are more useful than quickdraw...

M always using:

Sleight of hand

On the go ( most people think its useless, but if you are the kind to go for the objectives in domination ( like me ), its realy useful )

Dead silence ( like in bo2, you can hear the enemies even if they are across the map if you dont have dead silence )

Off the grid ( since i played cod for the first time, im always using the assassin perk. There is too many uavs/sat coms in a game. )

Dead eye ( op )

There is many more useful perks, but im always using this loadout.

deadeye isn't worth the 5 points imo for smg/ars ..maybe in ur specialist

haven't used much for snipers or shotguns so dunno

When your doing long killstreak, it worth the 5 points. Ofc its the kind of perk you put in your specialist reward, but im not using specialist in ghost
