people shooting me before I even see them.. not that I am blind just they are not on the screen until I am already shot or dead. I watch the kill cams and I am looking right at them sometimes but I never actually see them.

Never had this problem. Maybe your connection.

watch the killcam next time and see if there's a boot. more often than not if you experience something where it seems someone else always gets the jump on you is because they're using amplify. i've never truly had a problem with connection other than being shot around corners.

also, don't stoop to their level. i've yet to unlock that douche perk and am doing well without it.

I use the first 4 stealth perks though. or does amplify still hear my footsteps with all of those active?

Snaking. Dunno how bad it is on ghosts though.
