was lookin at the ghosts strat guide and says grip on the vepr and grip on the r5 are the best guns for no recoil

also svu marksman gun is 2 shots to kill with any rage with no attachments

MR-28 is a 2 shot MM rifle, as well as a 1 shot headshot.

Extremely OP with a good trigger finger, considering it has the highest rate of fire.

I don't think it ever took me over 2 shots to kill someone, although I've also not tried to pick someone across the entire map.

Usually ran red dot/muzzle break when I first started using it.

Mr-28 by far for medium to large maps. Not to good for CQB so I'd suggest the arx-160 with steady aim for smaller maps. Attachments for the 28 I would suggest the acog/sup or thermal and sup

E/ while the 28 does have a high fire rate it has the lowest damage of all rifles. And in fact the SVU is the only rifle that's always a 2 shot kill due to its 52 damage at range. The mr28 does have 34 damage at range making it 3 shot.

Mr28 is only better than SVU while in its effective range when both guns are two shot kills and the 28 is faster.

E/ and I just read that you suggested suppressor. So. You are making the effective range even lower. If you want suppressor. Use SVU. It will still be a 2 shot gun.
