Dont know what its called but if gives a increased or chance of increased bullet damage for getting consecutive kills.
Has anybody used this perk? Does it make kills 2 bullets after a couple kills or what is the scaling.

even on like a 4-5 kill streak i'm killing people across map with honey badger in what seems like 2-3 bullets (and that's a silenced weapon)
