depends on your gun/style i use just quick draw because i have a more stand off style. i mainly use the mk and i cannot remember the heavy machine gun (double drum)

so with stalker and quick draw its pretty brutal.

but if youre run and gun like 90% of people i think it could be useful. but you have to figure that out for yourself by testing it.

Both are useless...you aim fast as fk even without these perk. Not using any of these perks and i keep owning everyone ;)

He had the same complaints that I have. If dogs took 2-4 bullets like people they wouldn't be op, well actually I wouldn't even say op. In open areas they're not a problem but in buildings they can get annoying.

Lean to use a knife or be more elusive. I honestly don't know what to tell you, I hardly ever get killed by dogs and I don't see why everyone is pissed about them.
