Increases damage overall or increases damage only towards ballistic armor?

i think it pierces ballistic armor and kills juggernauts faster

Only against vest, enemy killstreaks and ofc for the walls.

More damage vs killstreaks, juggernauts & ballistic armor

It's not like FMJ or Deep Impact. Doesn't penetrate walls better at all.

this is correct. for overall more dmg use the barrel attachment that adds damage to long range bullets.
