hey guys i just purchased ghost before realising that it was 6 gig of ram to run,,i have 4 gig.

basicly im fucked ? i saw a forum taht could help me get rid of the ram checkups but...
Information Presumably incompatible with VAC2 - can get you banned in Steam. Use at your own risk

do i have any options here

so i checked more, its because of my 32 bit os, which caps my ram at 3.3,,,

Return the game. Sure you can get by the check with 4 GB, but no way you would run the game well at all.
