So, I made clan in Cod Ghosts (PC).

And here is question: How the hell could my mates join in it? They can't see any clan requests in barracks (locked).

I had the same problem on ps3, but it finally worked. I invited them and they only received the invitation 3 games later. They also need a elite account ( free to make )

No, you can create and menage your account on the elite call of duty website. But if you want to chat with your clan, thats only on the application. ( useless )
