Seen MP gameplay I feel it is looking a lot more like Battlefield now.
Not really crazy about this aspect, it seems that they have chosen the approach to blend that feel in their game to cater/appease/attract BF players...
I think a lot of companies are starting to branch away from their own niches into a pseudo hybrid of their competitors.
I downloaded iOS7 on my iPhone for instance to realize that I practically have an android.

Ultimately my rant is that there is a lack of originality and if both parties do this, they will on some platform become the exact same thing.

Not impressed thus far, I pre-ordered hardened edition a few months back and may just adjust that for only the regular copy in case I hate it.

BF and CoD couldn't possibly be any different. If you played the games and watched gameplay from both games, then you'd realize these major differences. CoD is a fast-paced shooter. BF is slower.. has medics, vehicles, totally different mechanics and is clunky imo. Games always borrow ideas. Imo I think BF borrowed many things from CoD in the beginning. The iPhone pioneered many things in the beginning as well.

I have played both. I'm referring more along the lines of graphics and similarities to player movement in the game.
I feel that COD has been well known for their more animated fast pace arcade style FPS and now I just feel that they are veering off the path of the niche that they were best known and liked for among FPS enthusiasts.

I'll have to play to know for sure, but this is judging by videos I've seen.
