i have no idea why, i used to get 40 fps with both obs and xsplit but now i get 80 fps with xsplit and 40 with obs any idea how I can fix?

after 35 fps the human eye cant tell the difference,

.. if that was true call of duty wouldnt brag about being 60 fps lol
