Me and my buddiie were doing a 2v2 Snd Match

Game was best of 1 in Cargo.

I messed up and forgot to switch the rounds to 6.
Leaving them at 4.


After 2x rounds witch we won both. They left saying that we automatically forfeit for not switching it to 6 rounds and also said we will be banned for a month because there are premium members.
We are not GB experts we just started using it.
Is this true?
We kindly offered them to come back and play the rest of rounds but they refused.

Yea it's gay but you gotta follow the rules.

So does that automatically count as a lose?
For messing the round thing?
How would that effect anything?

You forfeit but if you don't dispute you won't be banned. The only way a user will get banned is if you purposely dispute on a Premium Match ( 2 Premium Teams going at it )
Next time just make sure you have the game settings correct!

There just butt hurt and take advantage of disputing.
