On eb games website it says ot comes out on december 31th... Is this the real date or will it be the same date as other ?

It has always been on the normal release date of the game. Maybe because this year One and ps4 are getting released they are going to wait for 31st Dec.

when they don't know the exact release date, they use 12-31-xx

since it's a day 1 release on xbox1, it'll come out on launch day.

for xbox 360, it's the same day as the regular version of the game.

so to answer your question, they probably just haven't updated it yet.
