Good like Jomblified, I've been trying since the start of bo2 to find a decent team. Been on two decent teams and they both broke up in a matter of months due to internal bickering and petty shit.

Most people on my friend list I've added through pub games. Just try to invite people with mics and the ones you get along with send friend requests.

This is what I do.

Average COD regular here is a pretty big douche so I was simply making a logical guess.
