does anyone know how to rank up on this? iv been stuck with the skull forever now and heard its k/d but still have no idea how to get it up yet

its all k/d. i managed to get the shotguns fairly easy just by playing normally and not striving for it. alot of people that just want to get ranked high will create a custom game, put on easy then get 100ish kills then leave and repeat. however you can get ranked down so if you plan on doing that its pointless if you want to continue to play zombies afterwards.
