yes swap weapons. eg "Y" , " Y"

how many times do I have to swap weapons for it to fix?

and when do I do it?

any other known ways to fix this?

Just once, and i think hitting start? Not sure always works for me, sometimes if i do it to early i have to do it again.
Right after host migrates.

This always works for me when it happens.
