Congrats on the new position, I messaged you on XBL with my email. I would be interested in more details, now as far as getting people to become partners, I would suggest just taking you time and finding high quality content you support. Alot of networks keep lower their standards and all I can say is the quality of the content shows it...

i think the lower quality channels getting partnered are signing terrible contracts.
