Which would be more useful for a sniper?

probably cb since you'll be camping against other snipers using thermals.. depends on the map though.

Snipers not using flak are VERY easy to clear out with nades...I personally like cb though.

Toughness and Flak Jacket will do better for you.


When you go for blood thirsties at least...


Better survivability and the flinch action in this game will let you hit a lot of shots you won't hit otherwise.

Lightweight+Flak Jacket
Toughness+Cold Blooded
Dexterity

Not one that I would use, honestly.

I wouldn't use lightweight on a sniping class... Maybe hardline and Flak Jacket.

Not to mention this setup would be a 7/10 in just perks. Probably wouldn't have room for Lethal or tactical equipment. Sniper + CPU would already put you at around 9/10. Assuming I calculated that right.

Flak over cold blooded any day. Grenades are unlikely to kill you with it. Very nice because many people toss random grenades in camp spots often. You definitely want to keep a secondary if you are not good at quick snipe or hip fire. I keep an s12 on most of my classes as secondary. You have to put overkill, but it's worth it to me. An smg would be just as effective.
