so far i have tried blind eye and cold blooded and neither seem to work to prevent an ai controlled agr from locking on and killing me

I just shot them until they explode or use an FHJ to destroy them.

If you've got room, just make an emp grenade class, solely dedicated to destroying turrets, guardians, and anything else annoying.

just avoid the laser. They cannot move as fast as you can if you are close enough.
