is xbob live time acctoun based ( based on the gamer tag) or console based?

wanna get bo2 for xbox and we have an xbox at work now so wanna know if i can get 1 live time card instead of 2

Xbox time subscriptions are tied into accounts, not the console. if you want to use two accounts, you need two time cards
