Hey guys,

I started playing PS3 recently and I've had a bunch of problems on MW3 (and I imagine this will apply to other games). I have a 10 Mbps DL/1 Mbps UL connection, Roadrunner. I can't really get into a 50 Ping lobby to save my life, and in-game I'm never better than 3 bars. I haven't seen a 4 bar connection in a really long time. I've done the port forwarding, changed my PS3's IP, and the NAT is Open. It's getting frustrating, since most games are basically unplayable without a very good connection. Where else should I be looking? Thanks,

Try switching to best in the search preference, before you try something else.

I don't think they have this on MW3.

when u do find game press square and change to best


i would also make sure ur using the fastest dns servers for online gaming
also lowering mtu settings in ur router help mines at 1455 and i have 25/7 speed.

i get a lot of 70+ gameplays regularly

where are you from?
probably not alot of people playing that game so it finds the players it can just make a full game?

idk, your isp seems fine and you've done the ip settings properly then it should work fine
