75% of my deaths I get a person down to a red screen without taking damage and then THEY kill me instantly....

Jepjep... This is a common issue on BO2. Probably the biggest issue with the game imo.

Worst part is when you watch the killcam, apparantly it took them like 3 solid seconds between hitmarkers to get the kill, even though it was instant on your end.
