Plant your shield.

Stick a Shock Charge to it.

Pick the shield back up.

Hit someone, it shocks/stuns them.

Hit them again for the kill.

Scavenge another Shock Charge.

Or you could just use Toughness.

People don't seem to realize the graphical error on flinch with the Shield.

The reason why people "shoot through the shield" is because your character, although it doesnt show it, is really flinching so bad that it's knocking the shield out of the way.. once again, it doesn't show this.

Rock Toughness and you'll feel like your shield is a lot more sturdy.

Run Away

It's gone.

Die, Respawn, Repeat
