can I res my Mage even if its been more than a year? Cuz the account in question is frozen with no chars. It is my other wow account with the same email adress. I'm hoping to the raf it for the rewards. Is this do-able?

You can only RaF completely new WoW accounts unless you're the sender, then you can use any unbanned account and recruit.

2 existing accounts can't RaF with each other.

And you said something about Res, Scroll of Resurrection is different from RaF, I believe the promotion was for any account that was inactive before May of this year and is still inactive.
