half the time i get direct impact kills, it drops, half it doesn't

and do enemies not drop packs unless you kill them? like what the fuck

Cbow is explosive.....

If someone dies from bullets in general they drop a pack. So you can scavenge other bodies

Whenever my teammates die \ kill someone, i never see a pack drop...

and yeah i understand xbow is explosive, but direct-impact kills sometime drop a pack, and sometimes don't, obviously the explosive won't.

Have had the same problem... would kill people with a gum and not have them drop a pack.would kill some with c4 and it would sometimes drop it seemed.unless of course there was a pack near where I killed that person before but idk

Scavenger packs only drop from people YOU'VE killed with bullets/knife. If they are killed by a teammate, it will not drop for you.

and its def messed up then, cus i sometimes get packs from teammate kills or deaths
