Black ops 6 ps5

I'm at the mission to collect key cards, got the 1st one but now trying to get 2nd one I've fucked up the demon enough for him to spawn zombies I've killed them but now just back to the demon yelping lol, how do I get him to manifest and spawn? I've been going all over and standing in spots for long periods but no spawning yet I'm at "acquire joint projects director keycard"
