I am newer to the whole pay to win, ridiculous amount of choices, complex call of duty. So excuse me for my ignorance. Also new to playing on PC as I travel for work and this is the only viable option for me. But on to the topic. What I find confusing is the amount of people that are on level 1 like they literally just turned the game on, but have these guns and attachments and camos and stuff that you can’t get unless you play with them. I know battle pass makes some unlocks possible, but are people already manipulating things and changing their level back to 1 when they are really higher?

They prob. paid for an unlock all tool or you have the lvl 1 bug, where everyone appears to be lvl 1 in your game but they are actually way higher than that

Ahhh okay that makes sense then. Because a lot of the time they’ll be that level 1 but will have camos that can only be unlocked (or so I think) by getting headshots. Thanks man!
