In my experience, the people that have been playing from around cod4 days until now only seem to play with full parties or close to it. Like for me, I really only would get on and play Ghosts if I was with 2-3 people minimum. I wouldn't call it a pure social activity, because it's a video game, but I think you get my point. I don't really know how to word it lol. I know people that have been playing since cod2 and will still do 8 hour sittings alone as well though, which I can't imagine doing at this point in my life. I guess it just depends on the person, some people are more easily entertained. I'll still get on and play for a few hours with a talkative full party though.
i can only play competitve in any cod to be entertained , and the only fun gamemode for comp in ghosts is snd, older cods had 2-3 entertaining variant gamemodes.
it doesn't suck me in like mw2/bops1/bops2 did.
