imo skill-related items need to be more common \ have bigger impact

-9 mana cost to fire bombs is not even remotely good

Nice try.

Never even played the game, but the fact that d2 is possibly the best game ever and everyone seems to hate and quit d3 within months is all the I need to know to accurately say so.
