Cod franchise is failing, I will give you that. I would still put Bo1 and WaW below Ghosts though.

I would include BO2

didn't play it, so can't accurately say that - but what i've heard it's pretty bad aside from the competitive scene with league play

reasons:
Cod2: old, boring, nobody plays it so obviously it isn't good to today's standards
waw: mp40, juggernaut, dogs, tanks, need i say more?
cod3: tanks, bad all around, old, booty hole game
cod4: juggernaut, 3x frags that killed you from narnia, m16 1 burst even with juggernaut on, m40 1 shot in the foot and was easy to quick scope with even across map and no scope from narnia
black ops1: awful graphics, played weird, every single person used the famas, no other gun was very usable in competitive at least aside from famas, blackbird made the game easier than getting AIDs from a hooker.. the other kill streaks were pretty OP as well, bad hit detection and lag comp
