Games change, that's the way the world works. This Cod is better than the previous two installments, pretty much everyone who knows anything about Cod agrees. It's a good game, the weapon variety and viability is better than it has been in awhile, the maps (especially comp maps) run incredibly well. The new modes are pretty fun, the specialist abilities are an interesting add that don't break the game and only enhance it. It's a good Cod, it's not perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better than Ghosts and AW and it's a step in the right direction.
You only rage and never know what the fuck you're talking about. You're terrible at the game, and you're going to hate it regardless of what they do. Find a new franchise or stfu man.
1. I don't think the weapon variety is that great. There's a few guns that reign supreme (just like in AW) and the rest IMO lack. MW2 was a game that had excellent variety, at least with ARs.
2. Not a fan of the specialists. I understand they were trying to throw in a new wrinkle but giving players bonus weapons/abilities without having to earn them is dumb. A lot of these specialist bonuses are better than most of the killstreaks, at least the ones that are commonly earned. It's just another way they try to close the skill-gap; they want to give bad players the best chance possible at getting a few kills here and there that they don't deserve.
3. Maps are definitely decent, they've gone back to the traditional 3-lane format for the most part which I think is a great thing.
Times and games change but they don't have to if it's not for the better. A lot of people thought fans were getting bored of the traditional COD games, but the futuristic elements of AW and BO3 haven't exactly revitalized the community. I'm not looking for nostalgia, it's just that I think boots-on-the-ground is so much better than jet packs. I will be excited for Ghosts 2 if it drops the new movement stuff, especially because I thought Ghosts was underrated.
