Have to buy the exp pack to get gear. I couldn't do the nightfall or weekly heroic. I was still planning to get a warlock up and get some gear using vanguard marks but now the vanguard only sells gear from the exp pack. Game was already feeling dead but to basically send us people the middle finger for not buying the exp pack was just a sign of things to come. Add the fact that most people seem rather disappointed with it and you have yourself a pointless game...
