Prepare for a horrible explanation:
Everyone will connect to a server that is far more "powerful" than connecting to someones connection specifically making the connectivity smoother and more balanced in a widespread manner. It will still be based off of your own connection, but any advantage ends there. People with bad connections or people far away (across contents) will still have a high ping.

3month cards are 24.99 at retailers, but they do go on sale from time to time for 19.99

12month and 12month+1 cards go on sale for as low as $35. - regularly can find them between 45-50.


e: What kevorkian fails to realize is that his subscription to xbox live is irrelevant with respect to CoD - he'd have a basis for complaint if Treyarch or Infinity Ward required a month subscription, but they don't.

I was just responding to what the other kid said about the memberships. I found it funny how he was talking down to someone when he sounded like an idiot himself. I, personally, buy my year memberships for about 45 dollars. However, I do know many people that that buy one month at a time. I agree that "subscription to Xbox live is irrelevant with respect to CoD".
