Opposite problem for me... If I aim and spray my bullets miss too much and I find my self with an empty clip way too quick. Maybe I'm just not use to dealing with the recoil.

Bad connection is bad...

Same problem as every other COD. Won't be fixed unless private servers are made. Try getting a less laggy connection. When I'm the only one on my connection I rarely have a problem with hit detection.

does it recoil a lot more? ive never actually used it, other than grabbing someone elses

In my opinion, it sounds like you are laid back, and staying in the out skirts of the maps, try and go a little closer into the action, try and quickscope often, and use good stealth perks if you do continue to stay at the map borders so you can stay there and not get caught by enemy equipment and vehicles.

Yeah the recoil seems pretty bad to me. If you wanna hit them at any reasonable distance you're probably going to have to burst first.
