Like all other spread shotguns, it has no multiplier to the head. :/ Same amount of damage as it does to the body or the toe.

But yes it is a one shot kill... as long as you're within 3 meters of the enemy. >_< After that it becomes a 3-15 shot kill depending on how many pellets hit.

Why are swastikas uncalled for? Do you know their true symbolical meaning? And I'm not talking about the meaning that the Nazi's gave them.
Their true symbolical meaning of a swastika is to represent life, sun, power, strength, and good luck. Don't automatically assume that if a symbol is used with a bad example, it stays as that. Actually study into what the symbol actually represents.
