Game is fucking sweet. Just hit rank 23 on first prestige this morning, still having a good time.

That being said, I'm a decent player and have nothing to cry about.

Pretty bad. Got to level 41, realized this game was nothing more than recycled garbage, told my friends "this is the last time i'm gonna put this disc in my ps3"
And it was.
Haven't played the game since late November. Don't miss it at all.

That is exactly correct. I've been playing CoD online since the first one on PC. That was by far the best Call of Duty when we're talking about the core aspects of a good game.
CoD is the "hipster" game of the industry. It's huge, millions of people play it. Most of them started on late generation call of duty games.
CoD1 had 14 guns in total. And I could have literally 20x the fun on that game today than on any modern day CoD. Modern Warfare is the only one that comes close.
They took the simplicity out of the series, this game is being milked to shit and not even the most arrogant can disagree.
Not to mention the game mechanics in BO2 are fucking garbage. Knifing is so broken it's almost sad.
