He's not saying you're idiots for liking earlier games, he's simply referring to the fact that there were plenty of issues with those games that go forgotten when looking back and reminiscing about past installments. I would also like to see another boots on the ground style of Call of Duty, but the majority of you are just trying to grasp the last part of your childhood by criticizing every aspect of an otherwise well-made game.

Mw2 was by far my favorite, played that so god damn much. Bought BO3 and it's just not the same. Black Ops 1 was the only good one in that series.

It's completely subjective. No shit there were issues, but nowhere near the amount there is nowadays. If you started playing cod in its early days, then the new shit just feels weird as fuck. I still play cod 2 occasionally on PC for instance, it's a no bullshit game. No killstreaks, no running on walls, etc. It's just you and your gun. If you like the newer games, gz.
