I didn't talk about ghost at all, you assumed I ran ghost. As far at my net speed i run 150mbps. How exactly did I dodge when you said nothing I could try to avoid? Dodge is a word kids use when they run out of valid arguments.
I commented on connection and hit detection. No detail within the game, such as perks, guns, maps, attachments, killstreaks, game modes, etc come close to mattering if the very foundation of the game is flawed. You didn't respond. Dodge is a word people use when someone doesn't respond (mainly because there isn't anything they can say to refute the claim). Since you say you can't avoid it, then how does your brain process that information? What is your reasoning for the mental gymnastics besides being biased, which is usually only associated with the first CoD people play, which is what I assumed.
I also talked about the maps. They're virtually flankless in regards to any kind of immediate flank. Most require large sweeping routes, which are easy to camp and predict, which requires basic thought-processing. The maps are anti-rushing as well due to marathon being in the same tier as ninja. The claymores are insanely strong in BO1 as well, so even more people use hacker. People in SnD opt for being silent instead of rushing. Again, all the details within the game don't matter when the very game is played on poorly designed maps. They incentivize camping due to how basic and predictable they are, and considering you like the game, I assumed you used ghost with motion sensors.
