BO3 was already confirmed to have the same style of BO2 maps in regards to 3 linear hallways. This reduces realistic and timely flanks, plus it requires every single round of SnD to run straight and win a gunfight before you can progress. There's really no decision making. People usually just run up a little, then ADS the threshold, especially when they're on defense. BO2 maps also rarely gave incentives for defense to push past the bomb sights for any reason. They're usually instantly given map control, so there's no point to rush.
MW3 definitely has hackers on the 360, unfortunately, along with BO1 and obviously CoD4/WaW. I can still find MW3 games that are playable, but if you ever shit on someone too hard, they tend to turn on hacks mid game. I recently played MW3 where we were up 3-0, then we lost a round and went to 3-1. A guy on my team was 0-4, so he turned his hacks on in round 5. We had 3 more chances to win the game, but this guy was so bad he just wanted the game to be over with. ><
I primarily pubstpubstomp tdm and kc on mw3 and bo2. I Like the style and loadout out bo2, but I don't Like half the maps. And can't stand nuketown. Plus I don't Like the score streak system. But otherwise it's a solid game. I was hoping against another futuristic game again. But theu did good with bo2. So I'll buy it on the release date.
