Well, I have no interest in the kinect whatsoever, but from what I hear from others, the commands can be flaky. Reading/listening to messages is like a job, so I simply don't read/respond to them. Inviting recent players/friends isn't bad when you invite via AW, but inviting people initially sucks if you're playing with random people, which I do with subscribers sometimes. There's no 'play through both' feature, so if you want your stream to hear audio besides skype chat, then you can't plug a mic in..this forces the audio through speakers. Same thing with recording audio to video. My friend's list doesn't even use the game chat anymore..everyone is on skype. I've tried skype via the xbox one, but it's clunky to deal with..I'm a little ignorant regarding it tbh. Since my headset isn't PC compatible, I wear ear buds under them to hear skype, which gets uncomfortable after a while. I don't know if the party system issue is AW exclusive or if it happens with other games, but more often than not if you want to invite another person to the party, then you have to first disband the current party and remake it to work. Sometimes if you accept a notification invite it will send you into a random lobby. The invitation remains locked to that lobby, so if you try to reselect it, then you're sent back to that same, random lobby. A new invite needs to be sent. If you're not in a skype/party/private chat, then you need to communicate this to the person via the shitty messaging system. You have to go back to the main menu before restarting the party. The graphics aren't noticeably different. There's some better shadows and lens flares, but that doesn't really mean shit if the game is shit. Xbox One + AW = garbage. Even if the console can technically compute more shit, the world just isn't up to date with the internet. The lag is chronic. It sounds petty, but it's really not fun having to wait 10 seconds for every.. damn.. killcam to load.
