I had this happen the other day. I was at max prestige with a number of diamond weapons in BO2. Woke up the next day to a two day ban. Then when the ban was up I was level 1 with no stats/camos/guns everything got reset. It's a hack/modded lobby. You probably pissed off someone with a recovery menu and they reset you. It's really easy now.
