Holy massacre of my brain by reading the posts in this thread...
Mainly involving the posts from:
FrankPrimeOkay lets jump into my opinion and a few statements towards Frank.
#1. ) Do you hipfire in Halo?
- No, if you consider Halo Aiming as hipfire. You are delusional. Unless you are No-Scoping with a sniper all the time.
#2. ) My personal opinion on Advanced Warfare.
- As it stands at this point in time, I feel like it is going to be a great change of pace for the Call of Duty Franchise.
As Brad said... atleast they are changing the way Call of Duty plays.
Everyone is like "OMG HALOFALLDUTY" but honestly if you are going to say that the game is just like Halo or just like Ttitanfall, etc.
You are stemming off the idea that every first person shooter is like the predecessor.
So get your mind off that track if that what you are thinking...
Verticality is something we have never really seen in Call of Duty. All the maps have usually been based around 1-2 story buildings. Where the guy on top would usually win the gun fight.
Now with the ability to maneuver the map with a different method of jumping with the Exo Suit the game will generally speaking be faster paced.
Now I don't personally play public matches all that often but I already can tell you the game is going to cause frustration but every Call of Duty does that, shit Halo, Titanfall, Gears they all cause frustration from some sort of cheese method that people seem to find.
Although I do feel in the competitive side of things with the Ranked Playlists and the variables of the weapons spanning up to 350 different options or so will make the game very enjoyable from the competitive standpoint.
Hopefully SHG can maintain a positive reputation in the eSports side of everything and listen to the community.
