Holding a 1.8x+ kd rushing in this game is hard as fuck when 75% of people camp nowadays on CoD.
Thinking about dropping Quick Draw for Stalker, not sure though.
Don't see how anyone plays without stalker, and for me Ready Up > Quickdraw.
As for the whole camping thing, I joined a Freight game where my team was being spawn camped. I killed a couple and ended up getting a message asking where the fire was, they didn't see it at my camp site.

TDM has been a camper fuck fest lately, more and more kids are looking up good spots/weapons on youtube lol. Objective is where it's at, only problem is having a team. If you try to run solo in blitz/dom you are bound to end up loosing a decent amount of games. Just irritating playing against parties of 4 in obj when you've got a team playing likes it's tdm lol.
Blitz is extremely fun when you have a group, but depending on how good your group is it can almost feel like you're just boosting your kdr.
Ran with a group earlier and every game we played the other team ended up becoming spawn trapped, and the game ends with only 1 poor soul sticking it through.
