I rush pretty hard in most call of duty but I don't really think 10 seconds is considered camping.

I should also add I think camping is becoming more natural in the game now because of the new headsets that adds just a huge disadvantage to players without them.

What?
AR's in this game can out snipe a sniper in this game.
CoD is nothing but a run and gun balls to the wall or corner/ADS fest.
They don't care about overall versatility or they would engineer each class to have its counters.
Bf3 / Bf4 snipers will never get out-shot long range or even mid range by an assault rifle, in this game its AR or die.
This game is not sniper friendly at all lol.
If you miss once you're fucked or if you're seen you're fucked, they make it so easy to spot people long range in this game that you can notice a sniper in the back of a map just as easy as a guy running down the middle of the map all it takes is 3 shots tops to the ankle from across the map and you just blew away a sniper before he could even zoom in with quick draw.
Not to mention the perk system is fucked for sniping.
You have too many disadvantages as a sniper in this game.
You need a secondary for those people who come for you and end up Dead silencing behind you, and its always nice to have an IED covering your flank.
Personally you need Dead Silence as a sniper to be able to avoid close range battles and get somewhere safe to position yourself ( impossible in this game ) so thats one perk out of 3 the other ( if you're good at sniping ) you want scavenger because eventually someone will watch the killcam and come for you and thats more ammo. thats 2 the other one is up for grabs focus/quick draw/amplify to hear people sneaking up on you/etc.

All in all you're not gonna do shit in this game just being a sniper unless you're a pussy sniper aka Marksman sprayer.

Every call of duty I've been a die hard sniper quick scoping and hard scoping both depending on my situation yes, if im moving around and a guy runs up on me I will attempt to quick scope as its my only option other then just stopping and letting him kill me, but its easy to drop shot or just hip fir before i can hit him so if you die to someone quick scoping its just a matter of skill difference.

This game particularly fucked sniping hard regardless of how "easy" it is to people with marksman rifles aka not real snipers.

Assault rifles rain dominant at every range in this game and if you disagree then you clearly have not tried sniping enough or using smgs enough.

Assault rifles are easily the noob friendly route aka the majority pick because of how OP they are in this game.

GG, but I also hate campers. Specially since unlike you, I play objective type game modes, that require skill more than just shooting first.
But, I did vote yes on this subject, because campers piss me off.

You can be a sniper with an ak
And marksman rifles are mostly used by snipers
Sniper isnt a gun so it's possible for a sniper to use an assault rifle
