You can play like that but doesn't mean you have to...
If you play grief mode against good people then it takes a lot more than just "running in circles". You can't do that in those games.

In zombies you can play boring and just run in circles.
You can also play boring on MP by sitting in the corner camping, though.
There is a boring way to play any game.
It depends on the player.
